Description/Information: Dynamic, confident & fun VA required to provide personal assistance to Company Director. Quick thinking with advanced skills in spreadsheets, formulas, numbers and professional writing (procedures & contracts) is a must. Highly confident with the strength, drive and ability to follow up many times to get the job done! You will be required to stay on a CONSTANT voice call during your working shift and will have to action tasks by verbal instruction, using initiative and working fast to get through the to do list. Immediate start, part-time initially, potentially leading to more hours if work is good. - EXTRA EXTRA accurate GREAT attention to detail hawk eyes (if you are someone that constantly misses things you are tasked to read through, then you would NOT be skilled enough for this role as this is a major requirement)
- Strong and stable mind that can handle normal professional work, following a manager's instructions and reporting specific details about tasks is a standard requirement in a proper job
- Extremely organized with a great memory, forgetting tasks is not acceptable and with proper working habits of listing tasks, things would not be missed and forgotten
- Excellent English language (written and spoken)
- Very confident and not scared to call and follow up MANY times
- Highly methodical mind that is great with numbers, formulas, financials, analysis, comparison, costings and profitability workings
- Ability to work hard for long hours under pressure to meet urgent deadlines when needed
- Fast learner, fast thinker & fast worker
- Very computer savvy and able to audio type
- Positive attitude, proactive with a great initiative
- Good research and problem-solving skills
- Hardworking, highly reliable and trustworthy
- Good with processes and procedures
- Eager to learn and develop new skills
- Experience with a variety of current common online systems/platforms i.e. Google Docs/Sheets/Excel/Trello/Dropbox/CRM/CMS/Whatsapp/Slack/Skype etc.
- Knowledge of websites/web industry/Shopify (advantageous but not essential)
- Canva/Photoshop skills (advantageous but not essential)
- Flexible working schedule
- Stable internet connection
You will be required to:
- Support the director and team with various personal and business tasks across multiple companies
- Personal assistant tasks including grocery orders, kids, school, property, travel research, gift buying etc.
- Manage emails and get email drafts checked and sent out
- Manage diary/appointments & reminders
- Monitor to do lists & deadlines
- Assist with varied tasks including payroll, contracts, spreadsheets, staff management, invoicing, bookkeeping, data entry, marketing & graphic design
- Kick butts and get tasks done ASAP!!!
