Salary: Php30,000/month

Requirements:

1. High speed wired internet connection (25mbps minimum) and working laptop or computer
2. Available to work during US business hours (EST)
3. MUST have experience in sales/outbound and business development.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Would need someone with a fairly neutral accent or more adapted to the mid-western accent.
2. The virtual assistant would not be needing to close deals, just set the appointment with the client. The technical part of the sales process handled by the client, and they may need to do a bit of research prior to making some of the calls such as finding out of the company has job openings posted on their website or on a job board.
3. The primary goal is to get a client to set a time to meet or talk about using S&R Resources for a current or upcoming need.
4. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
5. Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.
