We are seeking go-getter ISAs for Jersey City Capital, a growing Real Estate Investment Firm.

What we offer: • $6-$8 hourly rate depending on experience • Multiple tiered structure commission

Job Responsibilities:

• Making sales calls to generate appointments
• Answering client calls from various marketing channels
• Managing, organizing and updating CRM (Podio)
• Qualifying prospect clients and uncovering motivation
• Following up and nurturing potential clients

Job Requirements:

• At least two years of proven sales or real estate experience
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Possess a strong personality, one who is outgoing, flexible and can handle rejection
• Self-motivated and can work independently
• Self-driven and result-oriented
• Able to work in EST
• Minimum of 25 Mbps stable internet speed connection
• Main and backup PC (at least i3, 8GB RAM)
