𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Digital Project Manager (permanent home-based) (For Filipino Workers Only) 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 / 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 : Degree or Professional Equivalent required 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 2 years minimum 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Remote with Sydney timezone (Homebased) 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞: Websites, Agile, Apps, Scrum 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: 5 days per week, remote 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡: Very Good to Excellent 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: 40k-50k/month

𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻’𝘀 𝐁𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝐃𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: The client is a growing digital UX Agency in Surry Hills, Australia. .They aim for business-relevant and measurable results for their customers. We do this by researching, designing, building and supporting world-class websites, web apps, brands and apps for global clients across Finance, Not For Profit/Charity, SaaS, engineering, eCommerce, Law & more.

Who we're looking for: We are looking for a new team member; specifically an enthusiastic & organised Digital Producer / Project manager with 2 years minimum experience in a web agency environment running in agile / sprint and waterfall formats (Please note, this is NOT a job for a Designer). You will be working alongside senior leaders in the business, being supremely organised, solving problems, keeping projects on track and keeping your team and clients happy.

𝐖𝐄 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐒𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐖𝐇𝐎 𝐈𝐒: • An enthusiastic, organised and articulate person. • A friendly & outgoing individual possessing excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. • Very experienced with writing clear briefs / project specs, maintaining client relationships, delegating tasks to designers/ developers and managing their time. • A punctual, well organised professional with experience managing multiple projects, resources, timelines with advanced project management and time tracking tools. • Familiar with waterfall, agile sprint project management, scrum and workshop formats. • Experienced in risk management and tactful conflict resolution • 2 years minimum experience in a web / UX design or digital design studio environment dealing with clients, producers and creatives alike. • Experienced with managing web / app / UX design projects is a must. • Someone who will take responsibility and ownership in their projects and aim for business specific results. • Possessing detailed knowledge of web / app launch procedure and QA • Knowledgable in WordPress, React, Flutter, Laravel, Angular or other web platforms
