𝐇𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆: 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐅𝐥𝐢𝐩 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝙍𝙖𝙩𝙚: $6/𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙧 (𝙤𝙧 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 - 𝙙𝙚𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙨 𝙤𝙣 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚)

• Must be able to work 8:00-5:00pm Monday - Friday (US Time)
• Work From Home Opportunity

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Ensure the successful completion of the project is on time and within budget.
• Communicate with contractors to provide guidance on projects.
• Source materials.
• Create detailed project management plans and other related project documents.
• Identify and create a high-level scope of work, estimates, project - schedule and deadlines.
• Track and report project performance and results using appropriate KPIs.
• Set the project direction and manage risks and issues with effective solutions.
• Perform quality control throughout the project to maintain our standards.
• Handle coordination between all contributing teams to ensure the success of the project.
• Responsible for organizing and participating in meetings with clients or team members.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and overall customer satisfaction.
• Document business requirements.
• Contribute to the development of the company, its processes, and its projects.
• Align the company’s general business targets with the project’s objectives and outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
