We are looking for full-time experienced Ecommerce Bookkeeper from the Philippines

We are looking for full-time experienced Ecommerce Bookkeeper from the Philippines with at least 5+ years of experience working with other online companies to manage their bookkeeping tasks. This is Ecommerce specific so the bookkeeper MUST have done Ecom bookkeeping before with a strong understanding of the issues/ tasks Ecom sellers deal with when it comes to bookkeeping. We are a bookkeeping firm and looking to build a Filipino Bookkeeping team to support our US team. Looking for someone full time and exclusive to us that we can build a team around. Must be willing to work MST business hours.

Candidates must have strong communication skills, a good command of the the English language, high attention to detail, must work well in a team and passionate. The role will be focused on: (1) monthly financial reports (2) Managing all financials using the Xero/QBO bookkeeping software (3) Providing reports to our US based Accountant and Clients (4) Communicating with customers about bookkeeping questions as needed. (5) Other Ecom bookkeeping tasks like inventory sales tax AP/AR, Loans payroll etc

Here are our requirements for the role:

• Able to work MST hours between 7 to 4 pm MST (10 pm to 7 am PH time)
• 4+ years eCommerce bookkeeping experience (Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, ebay, etc.)
• 4+ years experience with Quickbooks Online
• Happy with a rate between $8 and $15 per hour
• Exclusive to EcomBalance. No outside clients.
