We are looking to hire 1 Bilingual CSR (English/Spanish)
We are an insurance company based in San Fernando CA and we are looking for a bilingual CSR that can effectively help us with service and sales related tasks.
Competitive Salary depending on experience + bonus, with vacation & holiday benefits, peer to peer rewards system Responsibilities:
- Work win-back lists to earn clients back
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution;
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas;
- Managing agents calendar and handling in-bound calls
- Able to expand existing customer accounts;
- Tenacious follow up with customers, appointments, and tasks, etc;
- Must be adaptable and able to meet deadlines and targets;
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;
- Generate sales leads by cross selling existing customers while on a service call
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Qualifications:
- Speaks Spanish and English;
- Typing speed 40 wpm;
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Computer savvy and good organizational skills;
- Self-motivation and self-starter;
- At least 2 years experience working in a fast pace customer service handing inbound & outboud calls
- At least 2 years sales experience.
- Able to work on weekends, only if required. (OT paid)
