We are looking to hire 1 Bilingual CSR (English/Spanish)

We are an insurance company based in San Fernando CA and we are looking for a bilingual CSR that can effectively help us with service and sales related tasks.

Competitive Salary depending on experience + bonus, with vacation & holiday benefits, peer to peer rewards system Responsibilities:

  • Work win-back lists to earn clients back
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution;
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas;
  • Managing agents calendar and handling in-bound calls
  • Able to expand existing customer accounts;
  • Tenacious follow up with customers, appointments, and tasks, etc;
  • Must be adaptable and able to meet deadlines and targets;
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;
  • Generate sales leads by cross selling existing customers while on a service call
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Qualifications:

  • Speaks Spanish and English;
  • Typing speed 40 wpm;
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Computer savvy and good organizational skills;
  • Self-motivation and self-starter;
  • At least 2 years experience working in a fast pace customer service handing inbound & outboud calls
  • At least 2 years sales experience.
  • Able to work on weekends, only if required. (OT paid)
