We need a full time Real Estate virtual assistant

Job Overview: We need a full time Real Estate virtual assistant. Rate is $4 hr. Screening of applicants & interviews start this week. We will send you an email to confirm your schedule. Note this is a work from home job and we prefer female applicants. Must be able to work USA daytime hours for 8 hr. shift.

Basic Requirements:

• Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Computer/ software savvy
• Desktop or laptop computer with at least 4g + RAM
• Stable wired internet connection with at least 5 mb
• A quite at-home office with USB headset with noise canceling feature
• Must have experience in outbound calling or working at a call center
• Must be familiar with the following applications:
• Hubspot
• Messaging applications ( training included)\
• Dialpad ( training included)
• Calltools auto dialer ( training included)
• G-suite/ google sheets/ drive
