You could actually try reading the job posts since some of them will mention BPO experience required.
It depends on what you can do for the client.
Some clients are looking for customer service (phone, chat, email), tech support, and sales rep. Eto yung mga common jobs na pwede pag wala kang masyadong experience or idea sa ibang niche.
Meron naman VA jobs na madali lang, tipong madali lang matutunan. Yung magegain mo na yung knowledge through Youtube and google..
