What type of job should I get into as a newbie freelancer?

I'm new here, and I've been a callcenter agent for almost a year and i want to shift as a freelancer, but i have no idea about this type of field? can i get some advice from you guys? and what type of job should i get into as a newbie freelancer, i really want to pursue this.. but i dont know where to start, and also, i dont want to be scammed.. help me guys and give me suggestions on whats the first thing to do.
