WORK REMOTELY? YES! Position : Client Services Manager Work Hours : M - F / 9am - 5pm EST, M - F / 9pm - 5am MNL Holidays : PH Holidays Pay rate: Starts at 40,000php

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in project, event or systems management, business or a related field
• At least five years of demonstrated, verifiable client relations management experience
• At least five years of experience in a customer facing role such as a sales or service representative
• Detail oriented, agile and highly organized
• Confidence with a proactive attitude as well as professional and friendly demeanor
• The ability to work independently with limited guidance as well as collaboratively within a team
• Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, such as HubSpot
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience developing in-house platforms for internal processes as well as working with a startup or small business is preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar accreditation is a plus
