Duties:

• Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell a product or service.
• Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails.
• Pre-qualify clients, book and complete appointments and follow up appointments with the Sales team
• Responsible for research and review of potential clients
• Maintain lead tracking database
• Meet hourly, daily, weekly, monthly goals – especially on dial and appointment targets

Requirements:

• Completed 2 years in college
• At least 1 year of sales, appointment setting, collections, or customer retention experience in a BPO and/or shared services environment
• Strong verbal and written English communications skills
• Have access to a quiet and secured workspace with a stable internet connection with at least 10 mbps download and 10 mbps upload speed
