As a Customer Service Specialist, you will
- Provide customer support Shopify store
- Assist in the operation of online marketplaces by creating, maintaining, and monitoring product listings
- Provide customer support and assist in the operation of online payment systems
- Issue refunds as needed, resolve cases/disputes, coordinate with the service team
- Work with web and product development teams to optimize product data
- Support social media team with customer issues
- Communicate customer feedback with internal departments
- Assist with additional e-commerce projects

Qualified Candidates must
- Have 1-3 years of experience in related fields such as online marketplaces, or e-commerce
- Have 1-3 years of experience with customer support tasks and processes
- Possess proven organizational and communication skills

- Be familiar with e-commerce concepts and practices
Monthly salary starts at P22,000 (probationary).
