As a Customer Service Specialist, you will

  • Provide customer support Shopify store
  • Assist in the operation of online marketplaces by creating, maintaining, and monitoring product listings
  • Provide customer support and assist in the operation of online payment systems
  • Issue refunds as needed, resolve cases/disputes, coordinate with the service team
  • Work with web and product development teams to optimize product data
  • Support social media team with customer issues
  • Communicate customer feedback with internal departments
  • Assist with additional e-commerce projects

Qualified Candidates must

  • Have 1-3 years of experience in related fields such as online marketplaces, or e-commerce
  • Have 1-3 years of experience with customer support tasks and processes
  • Possess proven organizational and communication skills

  • Be familiar with e-commerce concepts and practices

Monthly salary starts at P22,000 (probationary).
