HIRING - NON-VOICE Position

Position: Call Review VA

Responsibilities:

  • Collect calls from sales reps
  • Review the quality of calls and score each section based on the score guide
  • Update the call review document with the required information
  • Provide recommendations and areas for improvement
  • Update the call review tracker

Requirements:

  • Must have QA experience in the BPO or BPO setting
  • Can stay focused even if calls are 1 hour long
  • Able to successfully review calls from different niches
  • Detail-oriented
  • Sales background - preferred
  • Can work EST hours - preferred

Compensation: $4/hour

Schedule: Part-time (about 10 hours a week to start). Can grow into a full-time position.
