We are looking for a Personal Assistant / Online Business Manager.

Details:
Part time to start, eventually will go full time.
Mountain time
10am to 2pm MST
Monday to Friday
Payment is Bi-Weekly
$240.00USD (rate will change when transitioning to full time)
Non-Voice work
Tasks:
- Transfer documents from their previous CRM to Active Campaign and then manage CRM
- Manage CEO's emails and calendar, will always update her with her schedule (keep her updated on what she has on her plate.
- Familiar with online selling (amazon and other selling sites)
- Manage social media networks, keep them updated and also manage website as well (coordinate with web dev)
- Assist CEO and team with their upcoming book launch
- Update company's SOP
Tools/Software: MS 365, Zoom, Liscio, Word, Excel, Acuity, Jetpack, TSheets, Teams, SystemHub, Active Campaign and Sharefile. Social media networks, amazon and other online selling sites
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years experience on being a personal assistant and online business manager
- Must be a 4year college graduate
- Must be keen to details and proactive
- Very comfortable speaking with clients and team members
- Proficient with the software and tools stated
- Has experience in managing social media networks of his/her clients and website management
- Has experience selling online in Amazon and other online sites in US
- Must work US time zone
- Must have back up device (desktop computer or laptop) and back-up internet connection
- Noise cancellation headsets
- At least 25mbps internet connection
