Cold Callers/Appointment setters

Work from home?: YES Rate: $4/hr Fulltime 40 hrs/week
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- At least 2 to 3 years outbound calling experience
- Real Estate Experience preferred but not required
- Must be available US Daytime hours and can start immediately
- Reliable and responsive
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Detail-oriented
- Positive mental attitude and a quick learner
- Responds well to constructive feedback
- Organized and punctual
- Works in a quiet environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Laptop or desktop
- Windows operating system i3 and up
- At least 4GB of RAM
- Must have LAN connection
- Internet Speed: 10mbps up
- With noise-cancelling headset
- Must have a backup for power and internet outages
