SUBJECT: Applicant_Mandarin Speaking Rep ROLE: Mandarin Speaking Agent SALARY : Php 50,000 SHIFT: 8HRS (Mon-Fri) 7am-330pm (Beijing Time)
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their service requests
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule
- Must have at least 6 months BPO Experience
- Fluent in speaking English and Mandarin
- Completed at least 2 yrs in College
- 8 hr shift Monday
Technical Requirements:
- Must have at least 5mbps reliable wired internet connection
- Reliable laptop (i3 5th gen or desktop computer with at least 4GB RAM)
- Back up internet connection and computer is a plus
- Must have a USB headset for VOIP calling with noise-canceling feature
- A quiet working environment
