About our client: Our client, a drop shipment home furnishings company. They are a team that offers high end furniture and home décor while also having an interior designing portion of the business as well.

Qualifications: 1.Experience as some type of Admin Assistant (Executive, Personal, etc) 2.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). 3.Ability to multi-task, resourceful, and professional. 4. Available and quiet workspace during US business hours. 5. Home office set up with own and backup PC/ laptop with sufficient RAM. Headset and webcam for meetings.

Job Description:

  1. Act as a gatekeeper for the Executive’s professional life and be able to comfortably handle a conversation for any information needed.
  2. Provide administrative support to the team while working remotely and collaborate well with other key members of the organization globally.
  3. Working with minimum supervision, gravitating towards action and urgency when accomplishing tasks.
  4. Handling administrative projects such as answering emails, scheduling meetings, job postings, social media marketing, make presentations, make notes and deliver high-quality work.
  5. Organized and someone who can speak up their mind when needed and can work with grace under pressure.
  6. Someone who is proactive and be able to speak up when needed.
  7. Address employees’ administrative queries and act as the first point of contact.
