Social Media Sourcer Expert (Remote Work From Home)

Must have experience:
- 2-years of Social Media growth, outreach and brand assistance
- LinkedIn main requirement
- Glassdoor, Google (for job description and competitor research)
- Facebook, Instagram, AngelList, G-suite, Firefiles, Slack, Zoom
Your Job:
- Generate a list of competitors and target companies
- Developing a profile of targeted key hires for specific roles
- Generate a list of targeted key hires based on specific roles and requirements
- Come up with striking messages that will entice with potential key hires
- Create visual content and write descriptions for promoting, connecting and reach out to potential hires
- Effectively communicate with key hires, to interest them and fascinate them with the job position
- Work with our Administrator and Founders to schedule interviews and connection calls
- Assist to source and drive outreach for key hires and promotions
Must be:
- Excellent in the command of written and spoken English
- Create and write attractive outreach captions
- Familiar w/ industry and do competitive research
- Able to study job positions and roles to identify potential hires
- Able to work during US business hours
- Able to deliver high-quality work swiftly in a dynamic organization
