Job Role: VA - Pre Intake Agent (Voice Account) Company: Sales Overdrive

Work Hours and Schedule: between 8am-7pmEST (8hr shift) Monday- Friday Work Duration: 5 days/week

Rate or Salary range: TBD

Commission Based: No (Task is basically to ask few questions to our clients. 2-3min call)

Description/Information:

-full time (8am-5pm EST, Mon-Fri)

• must live in an area with minimal power/internet outage
• Fiber connection (strictly For Converge and PLDT users only) with minimum 20mbps speed
• PC specs i5-i7 with min 4GB RAM/ AMD A8 and up, at least 2.5 Ghz processor speed
• excellent English communication skills with neutral accent
• Customer Service work experience is a plus
• multitasking skills -preferrably from NCR/ Bulacan/ Laguna/Cavite/Batangas/Rizal only -our client also prefers a female VA
