IN NEED OF MEDICAL VIRTUAL ASSITANT!

Duties:

• Must be able to Multi task.
• Obtain patient Mental Health benefits by calling AND accessing insurance online companies.
• Obtain pre-authorization for services that require it.
• Monitor the provider schedule for add-on patients and get them verified prior to appointment.
• Enter patient’s insurance info into the billing system and EHR.
• Communicating with office staff in a chat room about the Insurance Verification.
• Tracking the number of insurance verification performed by department daily.

• Must be able to multitask and meet goals
• Fast Learner/ Good speller
• Communicate well in English (both written and verbal)
• Must be able to handle a fast past environment

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Previous experience in the BPO-Healthcare industry
• Insurance verification experience(Ins Provider or Member services)
