We are looking for an Experienced (Human Resource Specialist) HomeBased Opportunity! Full-time position!

Client Info: Internship and Recruitment Company based in Australia

To start 20 hours a week and will go full time. Must be available on Australian hours 9 AM to 5 PM a little bit flexible with time

Rate: Negotiable

Responsibilities:

Manage business client and arrange interviews

Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating

Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees

Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed

Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.

Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations

Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval

Overseeing the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference

Qualifications:

Worked as a manager or senior in a virtual assistant company is required

Experience in hiring VA working from home position

Minimum of 2 yrs experience in recruitment

Proficient English skill

Proactive, well organized with time management skill, result-oriented and willing to work under pressure;
