A Melbourne-based placement firm specializing in au pair services is looking for a Recruitment and Admin Assistant to join their team!

The VA will be expected to work six hours a day, following the client's timezone and business operating hours.

Tasks: Provide high-level administrative support to all departments Calendly Appointment booking Database Management Assist with recruitment and induction processes Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies and procedures Updating and maintaining all HR records, employee files and systems database Compliance to Human Resources Management System (HRMS) Backup Payroll

Requirements: At least 5 years experience in administrative work Experience in Calendar Management through Calendly or similar programs Strong administration and data processing skills Ability to work professionally and effectively within a team environment Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills and attention to detail Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines Must be able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment Highly organized self-starter and committed to seeing projects through to the end

Work From Home Requirements: At least 10mbps internet connection Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher) Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher) Headset with mic No background noise during work hours Must not be currently employed full time
