Aeon Law Needs a Virtual Assistant to Take Inbound Calls

A Seattle-based law firm is looking for a Virtual Assistant to take inbound calls from new and existing clients, and possibly more tasks in the future.

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who is:

• Self-starter. Does not need to be monitored and can figure things out on his/her own.
• Has integrity. Trustworthy even when no one is monitoring.
• Diligent. You may make mistakes at first but has the persistence to push to doing everything correctly.
• Must have above average, if not impeccable, English communication skills.
• Proper phone etiquette is a must as well.
• Reliable. We know internet is crap but if your internet sucks all the time, isn't it time to change your provider?
• Amenable to work 8am-6pm US Pacific time.

Other requirements:

• Your own personal computer. We are not very particular with the specs so as long as it can run the apps needed and reliable.
• Fast internet (min of 20Mbps). We cannot stress this enough. If you are working from home, it's about time you should invest in this.
• BPI bank account or PayPal
• At least 6 mos experience in taking calls for a US-based company.
• Knowledge in intellectual property would be an edge.

Compensation will depend on experience and will be discussed after the final interview.
