What will you be doing?

• Create, maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Preparing quotes and invoices
• Collating employee timesheets
• Processing expense receipt
• Other admin and customer service-related tasks

Who we are looking for:

• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft tools particularly Excel
• Experience in using project management tools (e.g. Asana, Gannt Chart)
