Job position: Accounts Analyst (CSR) for KeyTiger

Job position: Accounts Analyst (CSR)

Primary responsibilities include:

1. Email handling

2. Phone handling (< 10 calls per day on average)

3. Managing sales channels and orders

Potential other responsibilities:

1. Social Media Marketing / Management

2. Communicate with vendors and distributors

3. Manage projects with contractors

4. Monitor feedback and reviews online

5. Competitor research

Salary: : $400 to $900 per month

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Pacific Time

Required no. of hours: 8 hours

System requirements: Minimum would be an i3/Ryzen 3 for CPU/laptop or equivalent and at least 4GB of RAM.

Applicant requirements:

1. Excellent spoken and written English skills

2. Stable, high-speed internet connection (w/ backup)

3. Good knowledge in Microsoft Office

4. A workplace where power outages are not frequent

5. Willingness to work with us for the long term. We are not at all interested in someone looking to try out or thinking of staying just for a few months as a lot of effort is put into training and setting up.

6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

7. Must have no other job obligations (this job requires your full dedication)
