About us: Casabianca Home is a modern furniture manufacturer based in Miami, FL with offices and factories in China, Italy and USA.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Order management:
- Assist the CEO on following up with vendors or customers.
- Assist the CEO on planning his schedule
- Assist the CEO with any hiring needs.
- Place orders with our overseas suppliers.
- Follow up on production until shipment, coordinating with Quality Control department to make sure inspections are scheduled, coordinating with Logistics to make sure containers are booked on time.
- Keep our system updated (PO dates, quantities, and costs)
- Make sure if there are any delays to notify our customer service team to inform the customer.
- Prepare payments to process for accounting
Claims:
- Follow up on orders receipt and place claims if there are discrepancies
- Collect information on quality issues, place and follow up on claims for factory defects
Product introduction:
- Create SKU and shipping marks
- Collect product data, pictures, and assembly instructions.
Eventually the personal assistant will be in charge of forming a team in Philippines with the following positions:
- Customer Service
- Marketing
- Purchasing
- Bookkeeping
