Description/Information:
- As the Customer Support Team Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the team that handles inbound emails from students, applicants, and potential volunteers.
- This role involves heavy coordination with the rest of the department regarding policies, as well as training within the team.
- You will be asked to build your support team through hiring and training
- You are expected to use a laptop/PC that can run Zoom and Slack.
