Course Hero is scaling! Are you looking to leverage your subject matter expertise to help students learn? Course Hero is looking for an Content Reviewer for Human Resources Management (HRM) who will author high-quality solutions to questions. Our ideal candidate will have a strong expertise in HRM. Candidates must be self-starters with a passion for teaching, an outstanding work ethic, and a positive attitude.

Note: This is a purely remote, contract role, no minimum hours per week required.

Here are some ways you’ll make an impact!

  • Review tutor marketplace solutions for accuracy, compliance, and quality
  • Review textbook solutions for accuracy, compliance, and quality
  • Review solutions and provide guidance to new Content Reviewers
  • Perform quality checks on textbook solutions and provide edits, when necessary
  • Provide constructive feedback on the solutions as guided by the Company’s quality rubric
  • Provide constructive feedback on documentation and processes as guided by the Company’s quality rubric
  • Respond to content clarification questions
  • Facilitate or lead a regular team meeting with other Content Reviewers in the same subject area(s)
  • Score and evaluate completed assessments from candidates applying for the Content Developer or Reviewer role
  • Content Reviewer must successfully complete the Company’s orientation
  • Content Reviewer must demonstrate ability to provide review solutions and provide accurate scores and actionable feedback within reasonable time
  • Content Reviewer must demonstrate ability to perform the different types of content review in accordance with the UQ/DQ Reviewer training and Vendor QC training within reasonable time

Are You Our Content Reviewer for Human Resources Management (HRM)?

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business course, HRM major or post-graduate degree in HRM is an advantage.
  • Currently or formerly a college-level educator a plus.
  • Strong written communication skills, especially when it comes to writing explanations for how to solve difficult problems.
  • 1 year+ of experience as a lecturer, teaching assistant, or tutor in accounting
  • Demonstrated ability to explain and communicate difficult concepts to students struggling with the material
  • Knowledge of educational best practices and teaching strategies
  • Be tech savvy and comfortable with Chrome and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) are a must
