1 Service Cloud Agent (Customer Service/Tech Support)
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have at least 1 year experience as a call center agent
• Worked with Spectrum, (BHN, TWC, Charter), Comcast, Verizon, AT&T (and other MAJOR carrier in the US)
• Has an advanced knowledge in different phone systems and internet connection
REQUIREMENTS:
• Dual monitor
• headset with noise cancellation feature
• Skype account
• Internet speed result of not less than 5mbps
• at least i3 with 4GB RAM
