About the Company: Dalimer Corporation is a B2B Canadian company specialized in the outsourcing of services in the field of software development for Canadian and American companies.

About the job: We are looking for Project Managers (PM) that will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure the work done meets the specifications, they are completed in a timely fashion and they are within budget. He/She will determine and define project scope and objectives, Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner, Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed and measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, business, or a related field
• 5-8 years of project management and related experience in Software Engineering
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline-fluent in written and spoken English
• Comfortable with numbers (estimates and statistics)
• Critical and logical thinker (we don't have policies - you will be making a lot of decisions on your own)
• Wants a challenging complex job. This is NOT an easy nor your typical customer service job.
