Job Description: Digital Ninja is currently seeking recruiters with access to job platforms to join our team. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying potential candidates and directing them to download our app and apply for any of the featured jobs available (you will not need to call candidates). If one of these candidates is ultimately hired for the position, you will receive a payment of $50 USD for each hire!

Responsibilities:

• Utilize job platforms such as Indeed, SimplyHired, ZipRecruiter, or any other official services or ATS to source a high volume of potential candidates.
• Direct candidates to download our app and apply for featured jobs.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Qualifications:

• Proven access to job platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job posting and sourcing tools.
• Ability to work independently.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.

Pay: We are currently working with recruiters and paying $50 for each hire to any featured jobs on our app. If a candidate you refer gets hired, you will receive a payment of $50.
