DJJG Properties LLC is looking to hire 2-3 assistants for the position of Outbound Cold Caller

We are a Real Estate Investing company specializing in acquiring off-market properties for our investors.

Starting Salary $3-5/hr (depending on experience) opportunities for increase as well as Bonuses as well.

Position will be Full time Hours 10am-7pm EST (1 Hour Lunch)

Requirements: 5mb + Wi-Fi Speed Work From Home Excel/Google Sheets Skills Ability to follow a process Dedicated to improving Have a fluent understanding of English communication English and Spanish Speaking

Job Description: Will be contacting home owners by making outbound calls through a dialer. Assistants shall report on a category of Hot/Warm/Cold for each homeowner with details gathered from the homeowner about the property as well as pertinent information from the call and shall input it into the CRM System provided by our company. Assistants must be detail oriented and thorough in note taking.
