Positions available:

  • 1 Database/Tracking Assistant
  • 1 Listing Marketing Assistant
  • 2 Listing/Transaction Assistants
  • 1 Client Care Assistant

We are looking for ideal candidates that live, breathe, and speak Team Support. The right candidates should be highly motivated and should have high attention to detail, have excellent communication skills, be efficient and organized, and has a background in US Real Estate. This is for people looking for a full-time job and who work virtually during US working hours.

This role requires someone who is able to shift priorities as needed and adhere to project schedules with professionalism and a positive attitude. Being a team player is essential, as you will be working with the Admin Team, Agents, and more.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Management and Tracking/Database Management
  • Make sure all leads get into the database/Enter leads into the database
  • Track how many leads we receive weekly
  • Track all leads added into the database
  • Listen to calls to ensure we have correct contact info/lead details
  • Provide assistance in admin related tasks
  • Listing/Marketing Assistant
  • Marketing/basic photo editing using canva or photoshop
  • Posting our listings in marketing sites like Social media sites, craigslist, google, etc.
  • Posting our listings in our website
  • Removing marketing once listings get sold, expired, or withdrawn
  • Coordinate listing info with co-VAs and agents to ensure the marketing are accurate

Listing/Transaction Assistant

  • Assist our top agents to make sure all documents needed for listing/transaction will be submitted to the team on time
  • Email Management
  • Follow up on missing documents/signatures
  • Send documents for signature
  • Make sure all listing info are correct/available so that marketing will be done correctly for the agent's listings
  • Coordinate with your Co-VAs to ensure the success of the listing/transaction

Client Care Assistant

  • Email Management
  • Generate reports for the team and clients
  • Assist in buyer/seller management
  • Assist in Listing management
  • Coordinate processes within the client care department

Required:

  • Strong project management skills focused on organization, time management, planning, and EXECUTING
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge in Google Apps (Spreadsheet, Docs, Forms, etc), and Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to multitask in a high-volume environment. Great follow-up skills
  • Team player with strong verbal and interpersonal skills. Able to build credibility and collaborate with others
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond the stated duties
  • Good Internet Connection (Preferably fibr connection with at least 10mbps speed)
  • Back-up Internet Connection
  • Fast Computer (i3, 8gb ram or computer of higher specs)

  • Must be able to work virtually during US working hours
