For Facebook Ads Expert.
Just want to ask, the client is asking for FB ads to be made because her ads before are low cost something.
He is watching a tutorial on FB ads so I can learn.
Question: Do I need to register Facebook for business first or the client needs to do that and make me an admin?

If you have a business manager, you can just share the ad account id with you.
Your employer needs to have a business account. You just need to be given admin access using your personal FB. All he/she needs is your FB email to give u access. Then u can log in to their business manager acct and create ads. No sharing of passwords needed. No need to create your own business manager.
