- Job posting
- Screening of candidates
- Interviewing candidates
- Preparing templates
- Liaising Schedules/Interviews
- Documents and tracks human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs,and records.
- Other administrative tasks as requested by manager/HR
HR Administrative Assistant Qualifications/Skills:
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Flexibility
- Word processing skills
- Spreadsheet preparation and tracking skills
- Administrative writing and reporting skills
- Organizational skills
Experience in Recruitment/HR is an added advantage.
