I actually had more time para mag exercise ngayong wfh na ko. I have spare time sa hapon, yung ibinabyahe ko noon pauwi from work.. I use that time to do cardio or sometimes i hit the gym. Disiplina lang at nasa lifestyle. If tamad ka at madaming excuses para mag workout kahit ano pa work mo wala din. Health is wealth 😊
