We at SV Ventures are looking for a great full-time Sales Executive to help us grow. We are seeking a personable individual to work with assisting management in lead generation. We're a vibrant and very busy real estate investment company in need of an organized, task-oriented individual to join our team.

Work Remotely? [Yes/No]: Yes Job Role: Sales Executive (Entry Level) Company: SV Ventures Work Hours and Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Pacific Time. Occasional weekend work may be required (up to 4 hours). Work Duration: 40hrs/week Rate: Starts at $5/hr or more depending on qualifications. With commissions Salary: Bi-weekly via Xoom Commission Based only? [Yes/No]: No

What we're looking for: If you’re an ambitious, positive person who is responsible and professional and meets our requirements, we’re interested in speaking with you. NO REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE NEEDED.

Responsibilities: • Assist the sales team with daily tasks • Manage inquiries and reach out to possible homeowners • Follow up with sellers via call, text, email, and voice messages • Answer phone calls, return phone calls and take messages • Build rapport with sellers • Setup appointments via email or call or text

Qualifications: • Stable & Fast Internet Connection • Good verbal and written English Communication Skills • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Independent and self-motivated • Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed • Well organized, should be able to follow instructions • Should have some proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
