About the Client: Our client, based in the US, is the top, independently- and woman-owned worldwide general airline sales and service agent for New England. She is looking for a reliable, self-sufficient, and detail-oriented Sales Admin Specialist.
About the Role: Setting-up and implementing automation features within the Zoho CRM Enter data from the emails into the CRM Take care of pre-qualification, tagging, or responding to all emails that are coming in. Respond to emails that may be concerned with rates, schedules, or tariffs in a very timely manner. Information and quotation to be included in the response will be provided by the client or another person who will be doing quotations exclusively. Respond to objections from customers and handle them with unparalleled customer service quality. To set-up automated follow-ups within the CRM and conduct timely check-ins with the customers Manage data in such a way that the KPI dashboard/analytics automatically generates figures and calculations from the data available on the system Import data from existing Google sheets into the CRM. Manage schedules and business appointments for the client
Qualifications: Zoho CRM champion. Minimum 2 years experience working with Zoho CRM and knowledgeable or can work and maximize its features in its full capacity. Passionate with data management and setting up native automations within platforms Proactive, independent, self-sufficient, and highly resourceful. Will own anything related to the CRM management and doesn't need to be told on what to do next Highly tech savvy Must be highly organized and pays careful attention to detail With strong English communication skills and comprehension; can compose and respond via emails with clarity and conciseness. Values integrity and reliability Has a good initiative to keep the client abreast at all times
