Customer Service Virtual Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES but not limited to:

  • Assist customers with their online purchases
  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries about our products
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to our clients
  • Answer logistic questions regarding their orders
  • Projects a professional attitude
  • Maintain a collaborative relationship with other members of the team

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 6 months in the BPO call center. Preferably in Ecommerce or similar business
  • Great communication skills with neutral to near-native English
  • Can type with a speed of 30wpm
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt and absorb processes, products, and brand
  • Extremely organized and efficient
  • Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
  • Team player, able to collaborate with others really well
  • Willing to work during US EST hours and rotating shifts
  • Can start immediately
  • Priority to applicants who can work during Weekends

COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS:

  • i5 processor or higher
  • 4 GIG RAM
  • Headset with noise-canceling mic
  • Wired ADSL or Fiber connection with min 15mbps speed
  • NO to Dongle or Pocket Wifi
