Virtual Assistant
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES but not limited to:
- Assist customers with their online purchases
- Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries about our products
- Provide the highest level of customer service to our clients
- Answer logistic questions regarding their orders
- Projects a professional attitude
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with other members of the team
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 6 months in the BPO call center. Preferably in Ecommerce or similar business
- Great communication skills with neutral to near-native English
- Can type with a speed of 30wpm
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt and absorb processes, products, and brand
- Extremely organized and efficient
- Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
- Team player, able to collaborate with others really well
- Willing to work during US EST hours and rotating shifts
- Can start immediately
- Priority to applicants who can work during Weekends
COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS:
- i5 processor or higher
- 4 GIG RAM
- Headset with noise-canceling mic
- Wired ADSL or Fiber connection with min 15mbps speed
- NO to Dongle or Pocket Wifi
