Growing Fashion Brand looking for a VA

Our fashion brand has a mission to inspire and empower women to accept themselves with their imperfections, we not only create apparel but we also speak about finding joy after hardship. We have a blog where we interview women who went through hardship and today are joyful and we share tips and tricks from these women. Our collection is mostly based on the Japanese art of Kintsugi (you can google to learn more about it) So we are a feel good company and we want to create a tribe around these topics.

(Possibility to split the job between two VAs if one does not have all the skills needed below)

1. Assistance with updating and trouble shooting with Shopify site

2. Repurposing blog content. Blog post will be provided, will need to rewrite for different platforms, video creation with voice over must have excellent english, writing skills and enjoy writing.

3. Social media create posts, engage with potential customers, grow the account- please send samples of work

4. FB and IG promotion a plus. If you have experience we would like to see analytics

5. knowledge of Canva or other design apps

6. Photo editing a plus

7. emails to magazine editors for submissions and to reach to potential customers (boutiques and direct to consumer)

8. Finding women for us to interview on specific topics provided (women can be worldwide - contact can be made via facebook groups)

9. Grow a new facebook group that is in the planning stages

Daily touch base on EST time zone. But work can be done during Phillipines time.

Must have excellent communication skills, Perfect English, Liking Fashion and the topic is a huge plus. Versatile and with a desire to grow with the company.

Hourly rate $4-$5 per hour with possibility of commission on sales.
