HELP DESK SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Job Description:

  1. Respond to clients' concerns via phone, chat, and email.
  2. Monitor tickets to ensure resolution within SLA.
  3. Ensure follow ups are made
  4. Produce reports for easy tracking
  5. Establish excellent communication between the client and the company
  6. Create ticket documentation, process, and reports for clients

Requirements:

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  2. Fit the company core values
  3. 2-3 years as a service desk support in an MSP (IT service) business
  4. Knowledgeable in ConnectWise and other MSP management software (Autotask, ServiceNow, etc)
  5. Ability to establish and retain a strong business relationship with clients/members
  6. High level of comfort with technology
