HELP DESK SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Job Description:
- Respond to clients' concerns via phone, chat, and email.
- Monitor tickets to ensure resolution within SLA.
- Ensure follow ups are made
- Produce reports for easy tracking
- Establish excellent communication between the client and the company
- Create ticket documentation, process, and reports for clients
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fit the company core values
- 2-3 years as a service desk support in an MSP (IT service) business
- Knowledgeable in ConnectWise and other MSP management software (Autotask, ServiceNow, etc)
- Ability to establish and retain a strong business relationship with clients/members
- High level of comfort with technology
