Hiring Full-time Customer Support Specialist with Flexibility to work at night and weekends
Customer Support Specialist Full Time Position = 40hours Pay: US$3/hour Location: Anywhere (Remote post) Schedule: Flexibility to work at night and weekends if needed.

We need a full-time Customer Support Specialist to level up our community-building, marketing and partnership efforts. You may be the right person for the job.
As a Customer Support Specialist, we would expect you to perform the following duties & responsibilities:
- Maintain solid relationships with clients by providing excellent customer and technical support.
- Manage and moderate social media pages and groups.
- Engage and energize communities of people who need your inspiration, motivation, and expertise to grow their businesses
- Provide first-level support to potential buyers before, during, and after all Ascension promotional programs
- Maintain SOPs so they are up-to-date
- Identify opportunities for improvement of SOPs and templates
- Take part in other projects on an as-needed basis
To qualify, you need to have:
- High level of proficiency in oral and written English
- Innate desire to help people, to make things better for customers and for the company
- Commitment to work at least 40hours per week and the flexibility to work at night and weekends.
- A quiet place to work in with a stable electricity source
- Working Desktop or Laptop (List of Acceptable Processors can be found here: https://bit.ly/3m1dVY8.)
- Licensed and Activated IOS with licensed Document and Spreadsheet applications.
- Good quality webcam and noise-canceling headset
- Fast and reliable internet connection (Minimum of 10mbps Download/Upload Speed)
- Experience using CRMs, Project Management Tools, Customer Support Apps are a PLUS!
- Have a working knowledge of the Amazon platform is an advantage
