HIRING - NON-VOICE Position
Position: Call Review VA
Responsibilities:
- Collect calls from sales reps
- Review the quality of calls and score each section based on the score guide
- Update the call review document with the required information
- Provide recommendations and areas for improvement
- Update the call review tracker
Requirements:
- Must have QA experience in the BPO or BPO setting
- Can stay focused even if calls are 1 hour long
- Able to successfully review calls from different niches
- Detail-oriented
- Sales background - preferred
- Can work EST hours - preferred
Compensation: $4/hour
Schedule: Part-time (about 10 hours a week to start). Can grow into a full-time position.
