  • Contact and generate sales prospects and leads and qualify their interest and purchasing intentions.
  • Setup appointments and find valid potential clients for live transfers to the sales team.
  • Provides support by assisting with sales procedure.
  • Help with sales related problems, create new orders, track, and investigate while managing customer accounts.
  • Track prospects and enter data accurately and consistently into the company's database.
  • Reading specific scripts and attaining client information to reach day-to-day requirements.
  • Generate reports and information gathering and prepares a lead file with notes that the salesperson uses.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
