Description/Information: Our client is looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant (20 hours/week) to provide Graphic Design & Social Media support for a Business Branding Agency based in Perth, Australia.

You must be a great communicator, driven, highly detail-oriented, love list-making, a good organizer, and able to keep to a tight schedule. The client wants someone with spark and personality to complement the existing bunch of quirky characters in the team who love to have fun and get the job done!

Duties and responsibilities: • Strong familiarity with key social platforms • Using Adobe Photoshop and/or Figma for basic tasks (i.e. import image, edit image. No design) • Content management across social media platforms to increase social media presence • Enter data & content in WordPress CMS. • Enter data & content in Campaign Monitor (email newsletter platform) • Calendar management • Assist with basic job entry and creation • Assist in managing key client’s social media and digital content management (eDM/Websites etc) • Keep digital files and databases organized and up to date • Assess client needs and make recommendations • Additional duties as required

Attributes needed: • Effective communicator (both verbal & written) • Ability to execute tasks with high professionalism • People-oriented, dedicated to customer service • Extremely organized with great attention to detail • Strong literacy and numeracy skills for administrative tasks • Ability to follow processes and procedures to get things done with minimal supervision • Tech-savvy: quick learner for new platforms and systems

Essential experience: • Adobe Photoshop (basic/intermediate level)
