Hiring Virtual Customer Representative and General Assistant
Customer Representative
Job Description: SoCalVirtualAssistants is looking for a topnotch individual to work with our security provider client to perform the following tasks:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone
- Engage with customers on social media through pre-composed responses to messages and comments
- File invoices on Invoice2Go App
- Be available for 4-6 hours a day, 12am - 5pm PST
- Call center experience preferred
- Long term part time gig that could lead to full time
- Start date ASAP
Salary
- $3-5/hr depending on experience
Pre-Screening
- Record yourself in a video up to 2 minutes max and answer these questions:
- What’s your story?
- Share a time when you made a mistake and what did you do to solve it.
- After a year of working together, what’s going to be a client’s testimonial for you?
