Home Based Full Time Operations Admin Subcon needed to work for Singapore Transportation Company. Work at your home but with fix Working Timing as shown below. Work Mon to Fri, 5 days per week. Sat & Sun offday. Working Time: 10am to 10pm or 6am to 6pm Monthly Payment: Php18000 to 22000 Payment issue on the 15-17th monthly.

Job Scopes:

• Admin - data entry using excel / word / pdf / jpg files.
• Prepare contracts and letters.
• Assign routing to drivers.
• Record correct number of DO delivered by drivers.
• Ensure driver to deliver the goods on time
• monitor and action to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and reply all what's app messages. Need to reply to drivers/customers issues within 5mins time.
• etc.

Job Requirements:

• Prefer candidates with valid recognise Degree certificate with relevant job scope and relevant working experiences.
• Must be able to speak and write and communicate with good English.
• Must have your own personal computer/labtop and mobile phone with good internet speed of 10mbps speed and above.
• Both mobile phone and labtop/computer must have camera function, mic, speaker function.
• Must be very careful and details in their work. Minimal mistakes. Good in calculations.
• Fast Hardworking and independent worker.
• Good in Microsoft Office Excel and Words document software, email, what's app, pdf software.
