We are hiring!

Base Pay of $5 per hour. Permanent Work From Home.

About us: We are a technology platform based in Austin, Texas that connects customers to residential cleaners. We serve almost 50 US markets with ~9000 jobs worked per week. We are searching for dynamic Process Improvement Specialists to assist us in acquiring customers while retaining our exisiting ones and in enhancing our products.

What we offer:

• Base pay that starts at 5 USD per hour
• Incentive for each process or product improvement idea (i.e. 5-50 USD per idea)
• Monthly performance-based bonus
• Overtime pay (i.e. additional 20% ~ 35% to your hourly rate)

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
• Knowledge in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent, Virtual Assistance, Accounting or Marketing is NOT a requirement but a PLUS

• Logically resolve customer and cleaner issues in the shortest time possible and maximize the future lifetime value via email and phone
• Enhance our products/services, and processes to retain or gain business with our users
