Looking for a passionate gamer for Customer Service position

A company that buys and sells virtual in-game gold & items for real money is looking for a Customer Service talent. Your job would be communicating with our site visitors who want to sell or buy goods and also doing the actual trading in the game. We use semi-formal, friendly communication where you’re not limited to strict boring scripts and can actually participate in interesting, genuine chats with gamers from all around the world.

That being said, here are a few non-negotiable skills that you must possess:

• Exceptional written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with online games and the gaming community’s vibe.
• Typing more than 75 words per minute.
• Multitasking.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Natural ability to collaborate but also the ability to think and work on your own.
• Ability to convey ideas and accept constructive criticism well.

Not necessarily, but nice-to-have:

1. A good internet connection with a backup source.
2. A decent desktop computer, 2 monitors would be very helpful.
3. A backup generator if the electricity goes off.
4. Live chat customer service experience.
5. Familiarity with Zendesk (Zopim chat).
6. Familiarity with Discord.
7. Familiarity with video game goods selling and buying for real money.
